Hobbies...

So I really enjoy a bit of creativity but like anything, my hobbies are something that I don’t have much time to do. So every now and then I get the “itch” and need to get it out of my system.

Boxing day sale last year, I seen a Brother sewing machine advertised for $150 could you believe it! Turns out it really only cost me $100 because you could claim $50 cashback… it’s a nice lil machine and I had the chance to pull it out since late last year and have a little play… So here is what I made… Don’t ask me why, I don’t even know why… I just had an idea and had to “get it out of my system.”

These are what I made last night... I seen these cool home sewn soft toys at a market and they were the sort of thing you look at and go oh I could do that myself... You may be thinking, uhm... what is that? Well they are Owls!

I have also made a scripture bag, however it needs a bit of refining as it is a little big for the scriptures I made it for and needs to be a little snug!

Then there is the quilt I started like almost a year ago and have yet to finish… One day I will finish it!
